Our bodies, like all living cells, have a vibration frequency that was ignored for so long its existence was forgotten.

Many studies demonstrate the responses of our cells, our DNA and our emotions to particular sounds or vibrations. Mantras contain high vibrations producing an energy frequency that soothes the mind and connects with the essence of our being.
Solfeggio frequencies, whose origins are lost in time, were included in Gregorian chants, producing curative effects both for those who sang them and for those who listened.
Solfeggio frequencies are measured in hertz and appear encoded in the Bible, but it was not until the 1970s that they were detected by Professor Joseph Puleo. There were originally six of them – ut, re, mi, fa, sol and la – and they were the origin of the modern musical scale, although ut became do, and a seventh note, si (later ti) was added.
